4. Physical Products

  • All apparel and other physical products are made to order.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, but in rare cases, it may take up to 10 days depending on production demand.

  • Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before placing an order.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of defective or damaged products. Contact us at info@elannaskye.com within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.
